Results of weight loss experiment.

The results of my weight loss experiment were great. A slow carb diet combined with exercise is a quick is and very efficeint way of losing weight. I started the experiment weighing approx 128 lbs and at the end of the fourth week I weighed in at 218 lbs!

I lost 5 pounds this week! (Week 1 Update)

Since my March 24th post I have lost 5 pounds! I know stand at 220 pounds and I am feeling good. If you are curious to what I did to do this please read my March 24th post.

I only had one slip-up so far. On Monday I ate wheat bread in the mourning. Other than that I have been pretty good. I have 5-10 pounds to go and three weeks before this experiment concludes. My next update will be posted on the 4/7/2009.

Rapid Weight Loss
In a previous post I noted that one of my goals for 2009 was to play in a semi-pro basketball league. This is a very important goal to me because there was a time when basketball was my entire life. Unfortunately injuries & surgery ruined my college career and have prevented me from playing competitively for several years. As a consequence for being away from the game for years I have gain useless weight that is hampering my athleticism significantly. If I really want to compete again I need to drop my weight from 225 lbs to about 210 lbs…
