The results of my weight loss experiment were great. A slow carb diet combined with exercise is a quick is and very efficeint way of losing weight. I started the experiment weighing approx 128 lbs and at the end of the fourth week I weighed in at 218 lbs!

  1. Keep your expenses low!: I believe that finances is the number one reason behind lack of confidence and ambition, that people get stuck at a jobs they hate. People often increase there expenses when they get an increase in pay. This is a major mistake, especially when you are at a job you hate or dislike.
    The more you increase your expenses the more important your current job becomes. Or in other words they more your are dependent on that…

I lost 5 pounds this week! (Week 1 Update)

Since my March 24th post I have lost 5 pounds! I know stand at 220 pounds and I am feeling good. If you are curious to what I did to do this please read my March 24th post.

I only had one slip-up so far. On Monday I ate wheat bread in the mourning. Other than that I have been pretty good. I have 5-10 pounds to go and three weeks before this experiment concludes. My next update will be posted on the 4/7/2009.
